Checking in, and checkin off!

Looked at the packing list recently? You might want to, it's crunch time! You will be EMBARKing before you know it!

You can see the packing list on the previous post or on the FaceBook page under 'files'.

Here is another important message from those in the know.

ITEMS TO ENSURE ARE PACKED FOR TREK

* WARM sleeping bag

* Sleeping pad of some kind to help stay warm from the cold ground

* 2 PAIR of good walking/hiking shoes (well broken in)

* Sweatshirt, jacket/coat, thermals for sleeping, etc.

* A bucket with a lid
(padded lid if you would like to add a pad to your lid for sitting).

STAY WARM, STAY WARM, STAY WARM! The missionaries at Deseret Land & Livestock have told leaders that we should expect temperatures at night to be around FREEZING and temperatures during the day to be mid-70’s to mid-80’s.

Youth! Please be prepared for the cold nights!

Also - Come to Trek on the morning of the 10th having already eaten a full breakfast and have a sack lunch packed. Breakfast and lunch will not be provided the first day by the stake so come with a full belly that morning!
